MOTHER’S™ COOKIES EVENT GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. HOW TO ENTER: Visit one of the visits (noted below) and enter the Mother’s™ Cookies Event Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) by completing a tear pad entry form found at the Mother’s® Cookies booth at the event. Limit one (1) entry per person, per event. There will be one (1) winner per each of the events.

    Entries must be received by the entry deadline time on the last day of the entry period in order to be included into the random drawing for that event. Kellogg North America Company (“Sponsor”) not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, delayed, damaged or mutilated entries. No mechanically reproduced, altered, forged, or facsimile entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any change to mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Kellogg North America Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

  3. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) winner for each of the respective events indicated in Rule #1 will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about seven (7) days after the entry deadline for the respective events from among all eligible entries received at the time of the drawing by Sponsor or its designee, the judges of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail at Sponsor’s discretion. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over into subsequent drawings for remaining events.

  4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: Three (3) Grand Prizes (one prize per event as indicated in Rule #1) – A Year’s Supply of Mother’s® Cookies (to be awarded in the form of forty (40) coupons good for a package of Mother’s® Cookies – valued at $3.99 ea. Package)/ARV $160 ea. winner. Total ARV of all prizes $480. In the event that a winner lives outside the distribution area of Mother’s® Cookies, Sponsor will ship winner the prize in the form of assorted Mother’s® Cookies products selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion to his/her address listed on the entry form. Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received at the time of the entry deadline for each event. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

  5. GENERAL: If prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No correspondence will be acknowledged. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. Neither Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies nor their employees will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize, or participation in any prize related activities. Acceptance of a prize shall be construed as and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judged, which are final and binding.

  6. For names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 7/30/10 to: Mother’s™ Cookies Event Giveaway, Attn: Winner’s List, P.O. Box 7119, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-7119. Winner’s list to be available after 5/30/10.
